𝗔 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. 💜

This week brought cows home from pasture, pregnancy checks, cornstalk bales hauled home and restocking at the store. We’re also getting our holiday gift boxes ready—the full launch is coming soon! 🎁

Between the chores, we made time for pumpkin carving and a little Halloween fun. Grateful for the hands that help carry the load, the memories made together and every customer supporting our family farm.

“O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good.” — Psalm 107:1

Wishing you a peaceful Sunday as we welcome November. 🍂

The Purple Ribbon Beef & Recknor Cattle crew traded cattle chores for pumpkin carving—and now we need some impartial judges!

The beef ribs were delicious! They were tender, feel off the bone, and had excellent flavor! Purple Ribbon has the best beef! Thanks for providing a great product!

𝗔 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. 💜

This week brought moving our fall cows and calves onto corn stalks, baling corn stalks for the season ahead, and a big week of packing and shipping beef to your doorsteps. We also kept busy getting beef deliveries into the freezers while part of our crew headed to Kansas City for the American Royal.

Weeks like these take everyone pitching in—those keeping things going at home and those caring for cattle on the road. We’re thankful for our family and crew, the memories made along the way, and every customer who makes this work possible.

As Sunday winds down, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the beauty around us and the people we get to share it with.

“The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.” — Psalm 126:3

These were wonderful. It’s so hard to find soup bones but now I have a place where I’m going to be able to find them.
