Restarting date-night — again?
This time the path is already laid out. 1-2-3.
Restarts tend to stall at the same spot:
"Okay… so what do we actually do?"
It's a lot to work out, after the day you've had.
That's not on you. A restart that starts big tends to stall.
Big is great. Just... not yet.
So try this.
1 · Micro — ten minutes (or less).
A few light questions for a real "Oh, hi." Taking the time already counts.
2 · Mini — fifteen, twenty minutes.
A bit more laughter, a bit more "us." And it's on the calendar.
3 · Small — thirty, forty-five minutes.
A longer stretch to settle in and be together. Ten minutes or the whole evening, it all counts.
You never have to ask "what now" — the next step is always waiting.
The Date-Night Rebuild supplies the how-to and heads off the pitfalls that stall most restarts.
