Pre-Order Disclaimer
Trading card game (TCG) manufacturers are known to experience delays, adjust release dates, and distribute products in multiple waves. In the event that products are released in waves, Table 1 Gaming will implement a lottery system to ensure fair and equitable distribution among customers.
Pre-order products purchased during the designated pre-order period are offered at a discounted rate and are scheduled for pickup on the official release date. These items will not be available for pickup during any pre-release events. Orders may be canceled for a full refund within one week of payment being received. After this one-week period, refunds will be issued as store credit once the item has been official released.
In the rare event that Table 1 Gaming is unable to fulfill a customer’s pre-order on or after the official release date due to insufficient product allocation or limited printing by the Trading Card Game manufacturer, the customer will receive a refund within 30 days following the release date.
Customers have the option to purchase shipping insurance to protect their order against loss or damage during transit. If shipping insurance is not added at the time of purchase, the customer waives the right to a refund or replacement in the event the order is lost or damaged in transit.
