Good morning, my grace filled community
✨ 3669 steps yesterday — and every single one of them carried you right into a brand‑new month, a brand‑new Monday, and a brand‑new chapter. June 1st showed up like, “Alright daughter… fresh page, fresh grace, fresh goals.”And you’re stepping into it knowing exactly WHO holds the pen.There’s a song out right now called “The Author” and that last line?
“I am just ink in the pen of the Author.”
Whew. That hits different when you’ve lived enough life to know that trying to write your own story usually ends in scribbles and rewrites.But trusting the Author?
That’s where the plot twists turn into purpose.
That’s where the delays turn into direction.
That’s where the chapters you thought were endings become beginnings.Your story isn’t over — it’s unfolding.
It’s ever‑changing, never boring, and absolutely covered by grace.And the only thing you really have to remember is this:

✨ 4,392 steps yesterday — apparently that was just my warm‑up for the HOLY GHOST MARATHON that broke out in my living room last night. ✨The K‑LOVE Fan Awards did NOT come to play.

🔥 Powerful.
🔥 Straight‑up worship service energy.And listen…
If a worship service doesn’t bring tears to your eyes, you’re either dehydrated or distracted because BABY — it was done RIGHT in this house.
The presence of the Lord clocked in, stayed overtime, and didn’t miss a note.Dinner?
Oh, Café Zupas?
Never disappoints.
That soup‑salad‑sandwich combo hit like a love letter from the Lord Himself.And then, because my husband gets his turn too, we wrapped the night with The Forge.
Highly recommend — it was the perfect cherry on top of an already blessed evening.All in all?

🌟 6,314 steps yesterday — and every one of them walked in purpose 🌟It was a busy day at work, but today… today is Thankful Thursday, and my heart is full.I’m thankful for blessings that abound daily — the ones I see and the ones God tucks quietly into the background. I’m thankful for a job that gives me complete freedom. I’m thankful for LeVar, who not only opened the door for me but trusts me fully to run the agency and partner with him.I don’t take any of it lightly.
I don’t take any of it for granted.I am truly, undeniably blessed.
Everything I am and everything I hope to be is all because of God.

It’s Wednesday, y’all. My friend says Wednesday is for perseverance — that middle‑of‑the‑week moment where you decide if you’re gonna crawl… or climb.
And baby, I’m climbing. One step, one prayer, and nothing but water in my cup because coffee? Yuck. 🚫☕💧The weekend is peeking over the horizon, and let me tell you… I’m READY.

Good morning, my grace filled community

🌟 4,019 steps yesterday — look at me out here walking like I’m training for the Jerusalem Marathon.
Tacos were made, and let me tell you… they weren’t just good, they were hallelujah-on-a-plate good.
Then I turned around and made a German chocolate cake so amazing it could’ve been served at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

And THEN…
I watched “I Can Only Imagine 2.”
Listen… the song “Even If” has already had me crying in the past, but now that I know the story behind it?
Oh I’m done for. Finished. Wrecked in the name of the Lord.

If you haven’t seen the movie, I highly recommend it.
Bring tissues.
Not one.
Not two.
A box.
Maybe a backup box.
And a towel just in case.

God really knows how to reach right into your heart and squeeze it in the sweetest way.

Today, we pause.
Not for sales… not for BBQs… but for sacrifice.

Today is the day we set aside to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives so we could live in freedom. Freedom has a price — and they paid it in full.

But we also honor the families who carry the weight of that loss every single day.
One fallen hero… two sacrifices — the life given, and the life lived without them.

May we never take lightly what others paid dearly for.

May God comfort the grieving, strengthen the brokenhearted, and remind us all to live worthy of the freedoms we’ve been given.

Good morning, my grace filled community

Yesterday’s step count was 3563, and I’m not apologizing for it one bit. Woke up at 4 a.m. with some awful stomach cramping, so I let myself sleep in until 9. My body needed the break.

Saturday was a different story — 6335 steps and I got a ton done, so I’m calling it a balanced weekend overall. Honestly, it’s been pretty relaxing, which I definitely needed.

Today’s mission: tacos and German chocolate cake.
That cake has been taunting me since the end of February. I bought it for my husband’s birthday and life has been nonstop ever since… but today is the day. I refuse to be taunted any longer.

Good morning, my grace filled community

Yesterday was the most relaxing day I’ve had in forever. 5380 steps, then straight into my calling: Couch Ministry. I played my game, made guacamole, and supervised my husband assembling furniture with the spiritual gift of encouragement from the sofa.

Today though?
I woke up and chose domestic excellence.

Laundry ✔️
German Chocolate cake ✔️
Macaroni salad ✔️
Tacos ✔️

And my husband?
He’s over here building furniture AND preparing to preach a sermon at TLC Rehab Center like he’s Paul, Peter, and Chip Gaines all in one.
God really did that.
