Yesterday looked like pushing out orders in the kitchen and today showing up prepared to present at Southern University’s Law Center.

Entrepreneurship isn’t always glamorous. Sometimes it looks like hairnets before handshakes, production before presentations, and learning how to navigate every room with confidence and purpose.

We’re teaching Bailey that building a brand means understanding the full process — not just the spotlight, but the work behind it too.

What’s Poppin?

Sometimes we spend so much time pouring into what the world says our kids should be… sports, titles, achievements, expectations… that we miss the quiet clues of who they already are.

As I sat watching these videos today, I had a real moment.

The first clip is Bailey at 14 years old confidently explaining who we are and what Posh Pop is. But then it transitions… to the little girl she used to be. Two years old. Three years old. And finally four… with her Easy-Bake oven, excited about starting a baking show on YouTube and simply creating because it made her happy.

And it hit me…

It really does start when they’re small.

Before the world tells them who to become… before opinions… before pressure… there are often tiny signs of purpose already blooming.

I didn’t know where life would take her when I started recording those little moments years ago. I just knew she loved creating, loved people, loved being in front of the camera, and loved bringing joy to others.

Now watching her blossom at 15 — confident, creative, entrepreneurial, and helping lead Posh Pop — is honestly mind blowing.

Parents… don’t overlook the little things.
Pay attention to what lights your babies up.
Sometimes purpose whispers before it roars.

And maybe… just maybe… the dream starts long before we realize we’re watching it unfold. 💕
