Carpet turnover wrapped this week on a rental property on West Dakota in the Westwood neighborhood of West Denver.

Main-level LVP install on Kirk Court in Green Valley Ranch — northeast Denver.

The owner only wanted the main floor done. Stairs and bedrooms stayed carpet. Most installers push for the whole job. That's not how we work.

We scoped it tight: living room, entry, hallway, stair landing. Subfloor prep first — moisture readings, leveling where needed, clean transition where the new floor meets existing carpet at the stair edge. Planks ran long-direction to pull the eye toward the patio doors and make the room feel bigger.

The whole main level reads brighter and lighter — and the parts that were already working didn't get touched. Budget stayed where it needed to stay.

Sometimes new floors give a buyer the ability to look at the home instead of the repairs it needs.

Another main-level LVP install wrapped — this one on Kirk Court in Green Valley Ranch, northeast Denver.

Living room, entry, hallway, and stair landing all upgraded to waterproof wood-look plank. Existing carpet stayed on the stairs and bedroom level, which kept the budget tight while still transforming the part of the home that guests actually walk into.

New carpet, one bedroom, one day — done right.
Single bedroom carpet supply and install on S Shawnee St in the Saddle Rock Ridge neighborhood of Aurora, CO 80015. The homeowners wanted one focused upgrade — the master bedroom only — without touching the rest of the floors.
180 sq ft of new carpet with 8lb 1/2" pad, full tear-out and haul-away of the old carpet, and a precise seam at the doorway transition to the existing hardwood.
This is the kind of job a lot of installers won't touch — too small to bother with, too detailed to rush. We do them every week. A single bedroom done right is the same craftsmanship as a whole-house install: accurate measuring, proper stretch, correct pad spec, clean cuts at the door jambs, and a quiet, respectful day in the homeowner's space.
