Lemon Tart - this is by far the most and the best selling large cake we have. A very classic tangy taste of the lemon and the moorish and sweetness of the Italian meringue that it is slight burnt. The tart base is made with gluten free biscuit with almond, nice and crunchy that add textures to the whole cake.
