We're an independent family run toyshop at the gateway to Connemara, in the village of Moycullen in Galway.

January was so busy with paperwork and reviewing 2025 we never shouted about our brand new Lego arrivals. All are on shelf now in store and online. All selected for birthday, treat price points, nothing to break the bank but it's amazing how much cuteness and coolness they can pack in between €4 - €30!

Amazing quality, these are are a great addition to your toy arsenal because they last and last. Mine have been frozen, trapped in a block of ice, freed with a variety of implements... Submerged in cornflour, water and food colouring needing rescuing... And many more adventures....and are still none the worse for wear!

Merry Christmas from my little family to yours! Thanks to everyone who shopped local and independent with us this year. Thanks to the amazing support of my husband John, otherwise there's no way I'd be still standing on Christmas Eve, and with everything actually organised for Christmas Day itself.
And to my fabulous team (who so many of you have also told me are amazing - I agree!!) Méabh and Heather, we did it! Our seventh Christmas 🎄🎁 lovely to see our customers growing along with us and seeing so many new faces discovering us too, in store and online.

It's like Freya is posing with all her little baby rabbits 😂 we love our little Sylvanian mascot, she'll keep us company on the quiet January days! For now she's standing guard over her amazing collection of Sylvanian Families sets, waiting for them to go to their new homes.

Sylvanian Families are such a timeless, classic, quality toy, if they like small things and cute things and role play and animals... Very cute idea to try them with Sylvanian... And if they don't take to them... Maybe you can just borrow them back ☺️
