You may have noticed a few changes around our socials lately 👀✨

Hi, I’m Ailis, and I’ve recently joined Nikki at The Sewing Shed, helping with the behind-the-scenes bits and day-to-day running of the socials and business.

While it’s still very much Nikki’s heart, vision & creativity leading the way, there’s now a little extra help in the background keeping things running somewhat smoothly 😅 - giving Nikki more time to focus on the creative side of the business you all know and love 🤍

We’re excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to share more with you all. Thanks for being here and supporting us every step of the way ✨

We had a fantastic morning visiting the BNI Kerry Chapter meeting in Killorglin today. It was brilliant to see so many like-minded people coming together to support one another and help local Kerry businesses grow.

A special mention to guest speaker Helen from O Sullivans Bakery who shared the story behind her incredible 3rd generation family business. From inspiring stories to thoughtful gifts, it was such a lovely presentation - and the tote bags definitely came in handy when we stopped off on the way home for some delicious O’Sullivan’s bread! 🛍️🍞

Days like today really highlight the strength and spirit of supporting local. 💚

It’s time ….

For our quilting retreat this autumn- our new edition to the fam came to help set up today. Not sure if he looks impressed or not but he definitely enjoyed rolling around on the quilt.

We had a fabulous day at the Irish Patchwork Society Cork branch at the weekend. They got a lot done in just a few hours and I can’t wait to see the finished quilts and cushions
