Ros joined the business in 2019 after leaving her career as an accountant and looking for a change. The company was founded by her two brothers and when one moved on to a new opportunity, Ros stepped in to work alongside her brother Bert, who runs the fitting side of the business.
She says one of the things she loves most is being part of the process from the very beginning, meeting customers when ideas are first coming together and then seeing the finished flooring transform a space. As Ros puts it, flooring is the finishing touch to any project.
Today, Aztec offers carpets, engineered wood, Karndean, Amtico, laminate, vinyl and rugs, all backed by unmatched product knowledge and expert advice. They also launched a new website in March featuring a rug shop, room visualiser and online consultation booking.
