✨💜 𝗜 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗬𝗢𝗨… 💜✨
My dear friend 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 — musician, producer, hypnotherapist, sound therapist and, quite simply, one of the most extraordinarily creative people I know — has launched a beautiful new YouTube channel called:
🌙✨ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 ✨🌙
Those of us who know Simon know just how much talent, imagination and heart he brings to everything he creates. He is a genuine creative genius, with a career in music spanning decades, worldwide album sales of more than 10 million, and an incredible ability to use music and sound to create atmosphere, emotion and connection.
Now he has brought all of that experience together with his work as a qualified hypnotherapist and sound therapist to create something I think many of you will absolutely love. 💜
𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 is already becoming a wonderful library of hypnosis, meditation, relaxation and original sound therapy created to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.
🌿 Guided Hypnosis
🌙 Sleep Hypnosis
🧘 Meditation & Deep Relaxation
💜 Support for Overthinking & Anxiety
🎧 Binaural Beats & Sound Therapy
✨ 432 Hz, 528 Hz & frequency-based music
😴 8-Hour Sleep & Relaxation Tracks
🐾 And even beautiful calming music for dogs
And what makes it even more special is that the music and soundscapes are 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 — composed and created by Simon himself. 🎶✨
There is so much mass-produced content online now, so when someone with this level of genuine musical skill, experience and understanding creates something with real care behind it, I think it deserves to be discovered.
The whole philosophy behind the channel is rather lovely too…
💜 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀. 💜
So this is not a casual recommendation from me.
𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 💜
I know the depth of his talent, I know how much care he puts into what he creates, and I genuinely believe this channel is something very special.
So please go and explore it.
Make yourself comfortable, put your headphones on, choose something that speaks to you and give yourself permission to disappear from the noise for a while. 🌿🌙
And if you enjoy what Simon is creating, please do 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗘 to the channel. It costs nothing at all, but it makes a huge difference to a new independent channel and helps more people discover the work too. ❤️

I have a feeling many of you are going to be very glad I introduced you. 💜🌿🎧
