Mint Chocolate Fudge & Pistachio Slice 🤎😋

This rich, no-bake slice is a delicious way to finish a meal. You only need a small piece, but the mix of mint fudge, rum- soaked raisins and pistachios is a real winner!

This treat is inspired by an Ottolenghi recipe, with a few tweaks and the addition of our Mint Fudge. It’s especially good in this warm weather, as there’s no need to turn on the oven!

A little visit to check out The Toffee Shop display at 🤍

We popped in to see our Toffee Shop range on the shelves, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and had a look around everything Base Camp has to offer. From great food to outdoor adventures (and the alpacas!), it’s well worth a visit for your next Toffee Shop treat.

We’ll be heading out on another Toffee Shop adventure next week, any guesses where we’re off to?

There’s still a lot of work to be done, but whilst to some it may look like a building site, our vision is coming to life a little more every day.

Soon, this beautiful building will be home to the next chapter of our story. We adore our little shop on Brunswick Rd, but we’re so excited to get back to our roots on King St. 

Gift shopping, new favourites, special events, and the smell of fresh toffee filling the centre of town once again.

We’re looking to the future while honouring our past, and when the time comes, we cannot wait to welcome you through the doors! When will that be? Don’t worry, you’ll be the first to know!

Until then, you can find us on Brunswick Rd, Penrith, Mon-Sat 9-4.
