Last call for applications!
We will soon be conducting interviews for our new assistant manager, so if you or someone you know is thinking of sending an application now’s the time ⏰
We’re looking for someone energetic and enthusiastic to come and help with the daily goings on here at Ray Stitch. A love for all things sewing and fabric is a must, as well as great retail experience.

Thank you so much again to everyone who came by the shop this last month, we really are so delighted that Me Made May was so well attended.
One lucky customer has won our raffle and has a lovely Ray Stitch voucher in the post to them 🎟️
We also couldn’t resist posting some more Me-Mades, we simply had so many photos of you all that we wanted to share.
Rainy clouds may have descended here in London but we’ll look forward to sunny vibes again soon ⛅️

Would you believe it, that’s a wrap on Me Made May ‘26! Another week packed with wonderful customers displaying their creations, including reigning Sewing Bee champion 🐝
We find sewing is often quite a humble pursuit- we are always quick to point out mistakes or shy to tell the world we’ve made the clothes we’re wearing, so it’s special to have a bit of time dedicated to celebrating what we do.
In truth though it always feels like Me Made May at Ray Stitch, and we’ll look forward to seeing all the brilliant clothes you’ve sewn year round 🌞
We’ll be announcing our raffle winner very soon, stay tuned for that! 🎟️

We’ve been getting so much love for the Pleat Top pattern recently! A simple little pattern that’s so much more than the sum of its parts.
From London based , the pleat top is perfect for beginners; no fiddly zips or buttons, and a lovely pleat technique along one side that really makes this stand out.
It’s perfect for summer and has made up wonderfully in our new printed tencel. Our bamboo silk would also be great for this, as well as drapey cotton lawns.

This heat wave has hit just in time for the release of our new summer print collection! ☀️
Beautifully illustrated by our talented Rowen Griephan, “High Noon” is printed on a lustrous, drapey tencel that will be beautiful to stitch and wear over the coming summer months.
We’ve sampled the collection across a range of patterns including:
