If we are all our own chess boards playing this game of life, it’s to learn that no matter how much we value the pawns, (the fair weather and plucky friends) they are very limited to act in our times of strife. They fall quickly and consistently. It’s often a surprise to find out who were/are the pawns in our life. The powerful rooks, bishops, knights and queen, are family, spiritualism, and educated people who can help you with strategies, planning, and who can and often fall as quickly as the pawns, and yet the Queen is the everything you need in a woman…. protective, nurturing, fighting, resilient, brave, diverse, intelligent and has the most power to conquer every situation for a dude who can move one stumpy foot at a time, you see the game is ultimately about sacrifice and honour. The game is about calling all your resources, collaborating, planning, protecting, and finding the right people to surround yourself with, to fight with, or to defend with. The Queen is at the heart of that sacrifice. Pray for a good chess pieces in your life, and pray to either be a good queen, or have a good queen in your life.
