WE'RE MOVING SHOP! That's right gang, the time has come for Typewronger to emerge, blinking, into the daylight - and as some of you might have noticed we've just signed a lease on our first full premises! Come July we'll be moving in to number 22 Bruntstfield Place - a luxuriously appointed property featuring MASSIVE WINDOWS and high ceilings. So fancy. Stay tuned for more developments, and please bear with us - moving home can be rather stressful and time-consuming. We'd have loved to stay on Haddington Place, but we couldn't find anywhere suitable, and we hope you'll follow us across the Meadows and come hang out at the new place soon!

June's No Homework Book Club tickets are out! 🎟️

Every second Sunday of the month starting from February, our bookseller Alex Victor will be hosting Typewronger's own No Homework Book Club, a format that requires no prior reading! If you vibe with this month's theme, head over to typewronger.com/events to read more info and book your spot - but do it quick, because there are only 12 available! The event will run from 7 to 9 pm inside the bookshop itself, and there will be tea provided (duh!).

This month's theme is Romance! Whether you like your romance as a main, as a cherry on top, or with a side of fantasy, action, sci-fi, or even horror, this month is to talk about all the love stories that make your heart beat fast and your pillowcase go damp. Note: your book doesn't have to be classified as strictly romance to count.

Not your vibe? No problem! Check in next month for a new theme! Hope to see you there!
