Futo marks the meeting point between regional craftsmanship and refined design, spanning high-density cotton woven in Japan, WholeGarment knitwear produced in Nagano, and linen pieces made by skilled artisans. Each item carries the techniques of its place of origin, offering comfort and quiet balance in everyday moments.

KINTO with .rituals

Renée Kemps () is a photographer and creative director working between London and Tokyo. With her brand MAIASA, she curates objects, spaces, and rituals inspired by Japan – bringing moments of calm and connection into daily life.

The Quiet Ritual was created as a two-month installation and series of events dedicated to rest and daily rituals. The space merged Japanese and modern design influences, centred on the importance of sleep and the simplicity of daily practices. It became a place for people to come together and pause in London.

KINTO was present throughout the retreat, with our objects complementing the meditative atmosphere.

A highlight from 2025: our limited-edition holiday bundle with , bringing the scent of a Finnish pine forest into the home. The collaboration paired KINTO’s AROMA OIL WARMER with Hetkinen’s organic pine oil, creating a considered seasonal offering for the winter moments.

A meeting of Japanese design and Finnish nature.

Introducing a new aroma oil collaboration between KINTO Europe and Hetkinen. Organic pine oil brings the scent of a Finnish forest indoors – gentle, grounding, and calm. Each Hetkinen bottle rests in a custom sustainable pine wood case.

Paired with the AROMA OIL WARMER from KINTO, it creates a serene moment – a refreshing, natural scent to fill your home, or a considered gift for the festive season.

This September, KINTO hosted a special exhibition in Amsterdam with , , , and .nl.

Guests explored new collections at the KINTO Europe office, surrounded by a lush plant installation by Yoko Negi. Signature matcha and hojicha drinks from CHUN were served, alongside a Japanese-inspired menu by Masako Noda and Japanese natural wines from GUBI GUBI.

Travelling with KINTO in the Dolomites meant slowing down to enjoy life’s small moments. The FORIS collection accompanied .kolaczkowski and during their trip, bringing a sense of home into the landscape. Evenings were often simple – a plate of pasta and a fresh salad from the local market, enjoyed outdoors under the soft sunset.⁠

This summer, the KINTO Europe team met in Amsterdam for a parkside picnic, catered by .amsterdam. With colleagues joining from across Europe, it was a chance to connect over seasonal foods and paired natural wines. Sat by the waterfront in Amsterdam’s Westerpark, the team enjoyed an evening out in nature, dining on FORIS enamelware.
