What have we here? An Ibanez SRFF805 Fan Fret Bass. Most common complaint? Stock Bartolini BH-1 pickups are so-so, and it's an odd size so you can't just drop another set in....UNLESS it is a custom made Nordstrand Big Split which DOES DROP RIGHT IN! We will be carrying a basic selection of Nordstrand pickups in the near future (all made in California), and as this particular Big Split (actually as split single coil) is not a standard item, we like it so much in this bass we've ordered some spares to have available for sale - due sometime later in October 2016! It is what is called a "raw" pickup - no plastic cover, but wrapped as in the pictures (Yes, the regular Nordstrand pickups do have the covers).
