There’s always a way to make an office day better ☀️🤎 This cold protein coffee is creamy, refreshing, naturally energizing, and packed with ingredients that actually work hard for you too. (Just don’t mind the snowman straw I used).

Here’s how I make mine:
🥜 STEP 1 — Make the nut milk
• 3/4 cup raw cashews (or your favourite nuts). Soak overnight if you remember ahead of time.
 •4 cups water
•Blend 90 seconds in a high-speed blender, strain, done ✨

☕ STEP 2 — Brew the coffee
Brew your favourite espresso or strong coffee.

💪 STEP 3 — Mix the protein coffee
Mix protein powder* into the warm coffee until smooth.

🧊 STEP 4 — Assemble
Fill your glass with:
• 1/3 protein coffee
• 1/3 fresh nut milk
• a generous handful of ice cubes
