👨‍🍳✨ A wonderful private cooking class! ✨

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting a private cooking class, where we explored one of Mexico's most treasured culinary traditions: authentic Mole sauce served with beef.

Together we learned the techniques behind building the rich, complex flavors that make mole so special—from selecting the right chilies and spices to creating a beautifully balanced sauce. It was a fun, hands-on experience filled with great conversation, delicious food, and plenty of learning.

Thank you for trusting me to share this culinary experience with your group. It was a pleasure cooking with you!
