And trust me — people will absolutely think you did.

This is not your average fudge. This is a creamy pumpkin pecan fudge with a layer of rich praline caramel and pecans right in the middle and finished with a gorgeous caramel drizzle over the top.

Every single layer adds something special.

The pumpkin fudge is smooth and creamy and perfectly spiced. The praline caramel pecan slab in the middle adds that rich buttery crunch that takes it completely over the top. And that caramel drizzle finish makes it look like something straight out of a professional fudge shop counter.

Because the technique is exactly that — professional.

I made fudge for 7 years at Chocolat on James. Real old fashioned fudge made with cream and butter the way it was always meant to be made. And this pumpkin pecan version is the kind of seasonal recipe that makes people stop and stare before they even take a bite.

Fall flavours. Professional technique. Your kitchen. 🍂

This is exactly the kind of recipe waiting for you inside my Classic Old Fashioned Fudge Recipes ebook.

Peanut brittle was one of the first things I ever sold at a craft show — and people came back for it every single weekend.

There is something about a perfectly made peanut brittle that stops people in their tracks. That satisfying snap. The buttery caramel. The roasted peanuts in every single bite.

I made this for 12 years at craft shows before I ever had a storefront.

Rain, cold, early mornings, folding tables — and this recipe was always with me. It was one of my most requested items every single weekend without fail.

Then when I opened my brick & mortar store in 2015 it came with me to the shop too.

Some recipes are just that good.

This is not a complicated recipe but it does require the right technique and the right temperature.

Get those two things right and you will have peanut brittle that rivals anything you have ever bought from a candy shop.

That’s exactly what I’m going to show you how to do. 🍫
