Join bestselling author Peter Mansbridge for the launch of A Noble Profession: Inspiring Stories of the Teachers Who Shape Our World.

Almost everyone can name a teacher who changed the course of their life. In this book, Peter and his longtime CBC colleague Mark Bulgutch collect dozens of true stories from classrooms across Canada. The stories come from elementary schools, universities, hospitals and prisons, and many are told in the teachers’ own voices.

Peter will be in discussion with award-winning writer, editor, and broadcaster, Stephen Kimber, with a book signing to follow. Books will be on sale for cash or card. All are welcome.

This year, we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of the founding of Peace by Chocolate , a uniquely Canadian chocolate company.

We're so thrilled to be releasing a new, expanded version of Jon Tattrie's bestselling book, Peace by Chocolate, in honour!

Come join Jon Tattrie, Tareq Hadhad, and Peace by Chocolate at these celebrations of the story of how a small town embracing a family of refugees turned into one of Canada’s most beloved chocolatiers. And, of course, enjoy some of the delicious treats that helped them make their name.
