One of Goosky’s most anticipated scale releases is coming to RotorQuest — the new Goosky E7 UH-1Y Venom, a 700-class helicopter recreated in impressive 1:9 scale detail.

Goosky plans to offer both BNF and ARF configurations, with the helicopter supplied largely pre-assembled. Due to the large size and shipping volume of the assembled airframe, our shipment may need to travel by sea.

We are currently estimating arrival at RotorQuest around September, subject to final shipping arrangements.

Pre-orders will open soon, and full specifications, Canadian pricing and ordering details will be posted on our website shortly.

More new products and restocks are arriving at RotorQuest!

Part of our latest Azure shipment arrived today, including the highly anticipated 195 Pro carbon-fibre main blades and 195 PPA main blades. These blades are designed for popular micro helicopters such as the new XLPower Stratos 200 and OMPHobby M2 V3 Pro.

The new Azure Xtreme 700 and 715 main blades, along with 105 and 115 tail blades, are expected to arrive within the next few days.

Our Scorpion shipment has also arrived, bringing new ESCs and a restock of popular motors. More nitro engine accessories, including bearings and replacement parts, are expected next week.

We’re also preparing for a major OMPHobby shipment with a large restock of helicopters and spare parts.

Flying season is in full swing, and we’re working hard to bring out-of-stock items back as quickly as possible so you can keep your helicopters in the air and make the most of Canada’s short flying season.

Please take a moment to read this important notice from OMPHOBBY regarding the M1 V3 PRO. If you own or fly this model, we strongly recommend reviewing the details and following their guidance. Safety and performance always come first.

In short, JST-XH adapter solutions are not recommended as they can reduce performance, cause overheating, and potentially damage the power system over time.

We will also have the OSHM1292 (battery-side connector) available in our next OMP shipment for those who would like to continue using the older 350mAh OMP batteries with the new M1 V3 PRO.

If you purchased your M1 V3 PRO from us and have any questions, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help 👍

⚠️ Important notice for M1 V3 PRO users ⚠️

It has come to our attention that some unaffiliated third parties are proposing adapter-based battery connector solutions that will severely reduce the performance and longevity of the M1 V3 PRO.

We strongly advise NOT using JST-XH based adapter solutions, like the one pictured below, with M1 V3 PRO.

The power system of M1 V3 PRO is very closely optimized for the use of the GY15 connector. JST-XH based adapters are not designed for the current demands of the system and can:
⚠️ Severely reduce flight performance
⚠️ Trigger premature low voltage cutoff on the ESC
⚠️ Cause excessive heat buildup and connector corrosion
⚠️ Potentially damage the power system and battery over time

❗Such adapters may void warranty coverage if the model gets damaged as a result of their usage, for example in a crash through premature LVC.
OMPHOBBY cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of JST-XH based adapters.❗

For safe and optimal operation, we recommend switching to the correct GY15 connector standard. The proper solution is to use the OSHM1292 battery-side connector (pack of 2 pcs for $2.99) and re-solder your packs accordingly. OSHM1293 can be used to produce proper charging cables.

Running the correct connector ensures:
✅ Stable power delivery
✅ Full performance capability
✅ Improved reliability and safety
✅ Full longevity of all used components

Don’t compromise your setup with under-specified and non-compliant adapters. Fly your M1 V3 PRO as designed to achieve full performance and to enjoy it to the max!
