Cardinal Meats started with seven founders, a lot of hard work, and one simple goal: helping restaurants solve problems.
At the beginning, there wasn’t even a name for the company, until a cardinal bird landed outside the plant one day.

When the founders learned the word cardinal stood for integrity, honesty, and character, the name stuck.
And so did the values behind it.
