Thursday update on the new location 104-26956 Fraser Hwy. All walls are out, drywall hauled away, floor ground where the walls were. Now the challenge - the floor is a mess. It’s a sandwich of floor paint, then carpet glue, then more paint and it’s flecking badly, it’s very much not suited to any kind of click-together flooring without significant work.

Any local small business flooring companies have budget- friendly suggestions to make this look better?

Reminder: Our previous landlord forced us out and is not paying us out for any of our upgrades. We have a very small budget to work with. Not doing the back room, so it’s likely 1400 sq ft needing to be done.
