Spring blooms + bushwalks = the perfect pairing 💐

Here are four walking trails worth getting out for while the wildflowers are in bloom:

🌸 Blue Wren Ramble Trail, Ellis Brook Valley
Follow Ellis Brook through shady Wandoo Woodland, a favourite spot for native birdlife. There’s cool, leafy sections and plenty of wildflowers in spring.

🌸 Wildflower Walk, Wireless Hill
A short bushland wander with seasonal wildflowers, native vegetation and interpretive signs along the way. There’s also a lookout nearby with views across Perth.

🌸 Carmel Walk, Pickering Brook
Explore the Perth Hills, passing through native bushland, farmland and fruit orchards along this Korung National Park trail.

For those keen on a longer walk, this one’s worth the effort. Look out for the native Yanchep Rose, coastal vegetation, limestone outcrops and historic WWII bunkers along the way.
