Jacksons Mower Centre is currently seeking an Administration Officer. This position is working Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. (We are Open to discuss flexible hours).

Experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Excel reporting/spreadsheet data entry
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Payroll
• End of Month reconciliations
• Customer service
• Answering phone calls
• Weekly reports
• Scanning, filing, and archiving

About You

• Excel and MYOB knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary.
• Customer service skills
• Possess a high level of attention to detail
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be a team player and have the willingness to work closely with the team
• Positive and outgoing personality

We require a self motivated, punctual, and commited person to join our team at Jacksons Mower Centre (Mackay QLD).
The Successful applicant must be willing to work overtime when required, reliable and trustworthy. Basic Knowledge of computers will be a bonus for this postion. We Sell/repair Toro and Stihl products amongst other brands of outdoor power equipment.
Remuneration negotiable.
