Weighing in at only 12kgs the previous equivalent is 25kgs. This unit has been manufactured for Magnum Welders and is comparable in quality and performance to any larger European welder. It adopts the latest Pulse Width modulation (PWM) and IGBT Inverter technology which replaces heavy transformer technology. Mig 200L Dual Pulse Mig Welder Feed Back
Last week i contacted one of my customers Michael who has 2 of my Mig 200Ls and a Cut 50CP Plasma Cutter for some feed back, Here is what he replied with the type of work he does with them and some Photo's of them in typical working conditions, Thank You Michael

As per phone call, please see below details as to the type of work I have been doing with the Mig200L Pro Dual Pulse.

The type I work I have been doing with this machine ranges from Galvanised handrails, occasional aluminium work to 450 Grade Structural Bracing.
Typically, the type of earthmoving related work the welder does is handrails and panel repairs on the light side of things to tooth adaptor replacements upto 40t rippers & 36t buckets.
For bare wire, I run 0.9mm ER70S-6 spec and have run settings up to 13.5m/min @ 27.5V, which achieves about a 8-10mm single fillet.
For gasless flux core wire I have been using WIA Austarc 1.2mm T11 for galvanised handrails and light field repair work when its windy, which runs beautiful welds without any porosity. I have actually done a property entry way with this wire one cattle rail which came up really nice.

The current site work that reflects the photos I sent you is pretty impressive. I have been doing installation of structural bracing for a drilling and piling company. This bracing goes in after all the perimeter piling work is done and the builders after excavating for basement levels and foundation works. These pipes are 450 grade and range in size from 508mm to 762mm. We use Lincoln Innershield NR-233 in a 1.6mm wire. My setting are around 5.5m/min @ 20.5V and the running screen shows this to be roughly 230A. The last install I did took about 2 weeks and this welder did the job without issues at all. The other awesome point is that I'm using a 4m long Binzel 36 torch and the single drive roller setup does this easily which is surprising.
I also use this welder for drill tool maintenance and repairs, liner splicing, cutter shoes, etc. I haven't had anything that this machine couldn't do yet.

I was playing around with the hot start, slope up/down features earlier today with some scrap 10mm ally. Bloody fantastic!
