We are currently hiring for a skilled JCB Tractor Loader Backhoe (TLB) Operator to join our dynamic team. As a JCB TLB Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of this versatile construction equipment, performing a variety of tasks on job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate the TLB safely and effectively, maintaining proper control and stability
2. Carry out excavation, loading, and material handling duties as needed
3. Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the TLB equipment
4. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the work site
5. Communicate and collaborate with the broader project team
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of your work
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience operating a JCB TLB or similar construction equipment
2. Demonstrated proficiency in safely maneuvering and operating a TLB
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Reliable, hardworking, and committed to workplace safety
5. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
