We are so often told that our yoghurt is “..THE MOST DELICIOUS”! (Well we think so too 🤣)
But more than that, people who struggle to eat dairy generally, often tell us that they can enjoy our products without any lactose typical digestive issues! Which has got us to thinking and researching why…..
- our cattle are European - guernsey, jersey breeds which means they typically produce A2 type milk that is easier to digest than milk produced by other breeds such as holsteins
- our yoghurt is made purely from milk, and not milk powder! You know that ingredient label that says ‘milk solids’ on 99% of other brands- that means highly processed milk powder. Ours is just gut loving, fresh milk!
- we use probiotic bacteria to make our yoghurt (which feeds your gut micro biome) and add no artificial preservatives! That’s right, NO gut stressing, artificial preservatives!
All of these things are the key to our easily digestible; health boosting and delicious yoghurt products!
