Ca Premier Accounting Package Mid year 2019 Updates:
As you may be aware this package was built by Zambian users themselves and they have control with it. From the users desk you demanded the following:
(1) We want Anyone using a mobile phone with windows operating software be able to use the package
Answer : YES you can
(2) We want the package to have a tool to enable us change thousand of prices at one go in seconds either by percentage wise or flat figure
Answer : YES it is now there!
(3) We want to have purchase order values and quantities populated in the Goods Received Note data sheet automatically if the PO number is selected instead of recapturing the figures in the GRN form to avoid mistakes and to increase efficiencies.
Answer : YES it is now there!
(4) We want to have Goods Received Notes values and quantities populated in the Purchases Invoice data sheet automatically if the GRN number is selected instead of recapturing the figures in the Purchases invoice form to avoid mistakes and to increase efficiencies.
Answer : YES it is now there!
(5) We want to be printing the sales invoice either direct to the printer or preview within the invoice form
Answer : YES you can
(6) We want to have the price list printable as well
Answer : YES you can
(7) Is it possible to access the accounting software by window based mobile phone with VPN connected?
Answer : YES it is very much possible
(8) Can the software be used on the internet?
Answer : YES you can with Ca premier class only, but the internet is safe , kindly use VPN
(9) What about the prices for the software do you consider any increase?
Answer : NO price increase for the next 3 years, we want the users to benefit more from it. It will remain K1000.00 purchase cost or if people cannot afford K1000.00 one off payment, then they have an option of paying monthly K100 and immediately they will have their software installed and once the accumulated monthly payments reach K1000.00 then that is it , its theirs! No more monthly payments.
We thank you our clients very much for the above improvement to our Zambian product , as long as we are all Zambians , this product belongs to all of us.Its a Zambian product it shall be like that as it were!
