Business Studies subjects have been taught in many African schools particularly in Zambia without any proper references from local Business Activities mainly due to lack of appropriate reference books written with the African student in mind. As teachers and lecturers we have been finding it had to deliver effectively to our students using whatever inadequate and scarce business studies material we could lay our hands on.
Similarly our students in schools hardly get enough reference for research in these subjects and as a result Business studies especially Principles of Accounts and the Bookkeeping part of Business studies are generally viewed by learners as difficult subjects to comprehend. It is against this back ground that “Go for Distinction Books by Mr. Oscar Kaonga” have been written published by Voscar Publishers in Lusaka, Zambia.
