Do you like our Edible Canvases? 🎨🌿🥑

One of the highlights of our recent Ladies Day Out on the Farm was these beautiful edible artworks using cream cheese, Pieker Avocado Pockets, and freshly picked flowers and herbs from the garden.

Some of our early bird guests helped us design the canvases before serving them to guests with crackers and breadsticks (Thanks ladies, you know who you are!) 🤗

This bread is still steaming!! 🥖🍞🌷

Our client is celebrating local flavours with this Grazing Platter, prepared in the Pieker Farmhouse Kitchen.
We baked a delicious Ciabatta from Buckets of Blessings and paired some local avocado & blueberry jam.
Beautiful fruit in season now are berries, so kiwi, strawberries and chocolate made the cut, whilst the cured meats and local cheese (from the farm next door) really tops off this box.
Lastly we infused the cream cheese with fresh herbs and honey from the garden.
