🥘 EASY SUNDAY BEEF CURRY RECIPE

Ingredients:
• 1kg beef cubes
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 potatoes, cubed
• 2 tbsp Valley Spices Medium or Hot Curry Powder House Mix
• 1 tsp garlic
• 2 cups stock
• Salt and to taste

Method:
1️⃣ Fry onion until soft.
2️⃣ Add garlic and Valley Spices Curry Powder. Fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
3️⃣ Add beef and brown lightly.
4️⃣ Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
5️⃣ Add water or stock and simmer on low for 1½–2 hours until tender.
6️⃣ Add potatoes and cook until soft.
7️⃣ Serve with fluffy rice and enjoy!
