Once the fudge is made and before it's sent out to our customers it goes through a very strict process, where by if it does not meet my quality control standards and approval .... it ends up in this tin. Then this gets dished out to the less fortunate (the family) who can't buy my fudge! But it still tastes as nice as the perfect pieces do.
