Early this morning, before opening time, here was Isaac and Albert from Pick n Pay to bring a substantial donation of pet food from our pawsome local Pick n Pay.
These donations are divided into smaller tubs for the Outreach Clinics to encourage pet owners to attend and to sign their pets up for syerilisation. Some is divided into packs for the dogs that are currently in foster care. None is ever wasted and it is all greatly appreciated🥰🐾👏🏼.

Thank you, Pick n Pay, for your suport. You have been there for SAM throughout and many animals are healthy, happy abd sterilised thanks to you.

Be considerate of one another, use common sense. Clean up after your dogs please, and take responsibility if your pet does misbehave. A well behaved dog - like a well behaved child - is a pleasure to all🐾.

🐾 OUR CATIO PROJECT IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY! 🐾

A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to all our incredibly generous Furgitives and donors who have supported our Catio Project so far. 💛🐱 Your generosity has helped us reach an exciting milestone — the building materials have now been purchased!

We are also thrilled to share that Build it in Sedgefield has partnered with us, generously supplying the materials at cost. Support like this from local businesses makes such a difference to organisations like ours, and we are incredibly grateful. 🏡🐾

Another very special thank you goes to Peter Naude from RND Projects who will be giving up his weekends and spare time to build our new catio, keeping his costs to an absolute minimum so that every rand donated can go as far as possible. 🔨🐱

🚚 Delivery day is Wednesday!

And then…the exciting part begins! We cannot wait to watch this project come to life and create a safe, comfortable and enriching space for the cats in our care.

Get ready for a whole lot of Catio Project updates! 🐾🔨🐱

Our August raffle was drawn today and Carla Lidstone (who bought many, many tickets 🤗) was the lucky winner👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. Thank you, Carla, for your support🐾.

Carla received her prize today from Marjorie Wood, one of our Friday volunteers.
