I was scrolling through my page and had a look at Luxe Box through the years and couldn't help feeling a bit emotional.
My business was established in about 2013 - when I returned from the USA and had the inspiration to start my own gifting service. I worked on the concept for a very long time, constantly changing things, adding things, removing things etc. It took me a lot of time to get the brand up and running as I didn't have the finances to start everything at once, I did everything bit by bit, one thing at a time. Every time I had a bit of extra money, I would use it to do something for The Luxe Box. It took years for me to even get the business operational.
For about a year or so I tried running the business without a website but it didn't work very well. I eventually took out a loan to create my very first website, which wasn't even an e-commerce site.
With time, things changed. The Luxe Box became a proper e-commerce website and I did a lot of PR and Marketing campaigns including Influencer colabs, newspaper articles, magazine articles and radio talks. Everything started to come together, I was building a brand, however, sales were still a bit slow.
And then the unforeseen happened. Covid (and a few other things leading up to the decision). I had to let my business go.
Fast forward to 2023. I was thinking a lot about starting up The Luxe Box again. Every one who knows me, knows that this business was my heart and my passion and meant the world to me. But with my full time job, and let's be honest, a little bit of fear of failing (again), was holding me back a bit.
However, a recent incident has given me the motivation to relaunch my business this year.
I am currently in the planning phase and just overflowing with ideas. There will be a couple of small rebranding changes as you can see in the logo as well, but I wanted to keep it as close to the original as possible.
I can't wait to launch The Luxe Box again and be of service to my community. To be sharing my gifts (pun intended) and talents with my clients is what brings me happiness and joy and I know that you will love the new and improved version of The Luxe Box.

And you will soon realise that this was not just another small business, this was my dream and my way of giving back. By reading the reviews you will see that nothing made me happier than going the extra mile for my customers and seeing the joy in their eyes when opening a Luxe Box.
