✨Butter Paneer or Paneer Makhani is a firm favourite in many households. Now you too can enjoy this delish dish with our Butter Paneer Premix and readymade Paneer.✨

🌶Recipe

50g butter
1tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 medium onion finely chopped
1 stem curry leaves
1 sachet / 50 g tomato paste
4 tsp Butter Paneer Spice mix
Salt to taste
1 level tsp sugar
500ml fresh cream
2 blocks paneer

1. Heat up butter and oil.
2. Add in mustard & cumin seeds. Once it starts splattering, add in onion and curry leaves. Fry until onions are soft and translucent.
3. Add in spice mix and fry for 30sec.
4. Add tomato paste and simmer on low until paste cooks fully. It should leave the sides of the pot.
5. Add cream and simmer for 10mins.
6. Add salt n sugar.
7. Add paneer and simmer for a further 5/10 mins.
