You have chosen the right team and we look forward to seeing what you have in store for us. Our aim is to help make your move and or de-cluttering process less stressful. Our Process is as follows:

• We will meet you – our cli

ent – face-to-face and will view all items that you wish to sell and/donate.
• Once we have seen all items – photos and any measurements of items will be taken as well as additional information acquired to assist in the sale process.
• We will create a list/catalogue of all the items with your asking price, researched sale prices and a minimum price for negotiation purposes.
• The list will be emailed through to you for approval and once you are happy – we will move onto the next step. Options for the next step:

'On Our Shelves'
We take these items with us and they 'go on our shelves' - meaning we post them online and they essentially go into storage on the shelves in my small shop that I only open on specific planned out 'Garage Sale' days. Open Day
The items stay with you and we post them 'on our shelves' with pictures, prices and information on the items - not your address. We set a date and time for the Open Day. People whom are interested will make contact with us and should they wish to view the items we will then check their profiles and make sure of their interest before we give them a date and time , the day before the Open Day we then send out the address to those who are still interested - that way the scammers lose interest. Market Place
We do the same as above - only now we do not have a set time and date for a sale but rather we set appointments for parties whom are interested in specific items to come through. In this case we will communicate with you to find a mutual time and date and then confirm the appointment. Notes:
We take responsibility for the strangers that come into our client’s home and therefore strongly prefer to be at all viewings and sales but are open to discuss this on a client to client basis.
