Pickled beetroot recipe.
Cook beetroot and chop into cubes.
Leave to cool.
Put same amount of boiling water, vinegar and sugar in a saucepan and simmer over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Let it cool.
Sterilize your glass jar bottle with boiling water and pour out once cooled.
Put in the beetroot and fill it with the vinegar, water and sugar mixture that cooled off.
Make sure all your beetroot is fully covered.
Close off bottle and refrigerate.
Enjoy in salad, before workouts and smoothies.
