Dealing with some problems on this coffee machine. Unit has seen some better days and some worse techs! Lesson here, to any techs ready, don't over tighten the taps!

So there was a 5500 there, now there is a 3 group machine as a loan. Going to try fix up the 5500 and get her back in place.
