The admin that is January! This photo was taken in the Home Affairs office in West Africa. I had to leave my passport with them so I could get a visa to leave. Did not think I was getting my passport back but through some miracle got it the next day!

You can’t be worrying about your equipment when you are out here. There must be an unfailing rule of service from anything that you need aid from and that is what our boots deliver.

When we say get our shoes wet and wear them in we quite literally mean it. Shower, pool or a stroll up the river. Allow them to dry through natural, treat with our 189 leather keep and repeat.

With the start of the last month of the year the shift in attitude has well and truly set in. The gift of an African summer along with the festivities of the season are a much welcome sight. We are winding down and sorting out before heading North. Orders close on the 15th but stock is limited so get a pair of 177 now.

Our shoes are not easy to wear… at first. The break in takes determination but the result…ah, the result, is priceless. They mould so perfectly to your foot and have been described by many as the best shoes ever. We can only put that down to something truly made for you, worn in to perfection.

Our boots work as hard as you do and they are better looking.
The passion for our 177 chukka boots were born on a farm so we know what is required from them daily. The light weight, quite sole is flat so as not to bring half the kraal back with you into the house. It this, and a dozen other features that make us a cut above the rest. Just like you.
