We are pleased to announce that we have resumed our services with immediate effect.
We would like to start by apologizing to all our customers we disappointed before we suspended operations. It was a learning curve & we could have handled the business better. When we started 3 years ago we were young & inexperienced, on top of that we were incapacitated. We wanted to grow so much but we didn’t have enough resources to achieve this smoothly.
We used to wait for clients to pay for their orders for us to be able to service the next customers, this resulted in serious delays that would see orders taking longer to process than we would have anticipated. The response to our services was so overwhelming in a short period of time & by that time one person was responsible for doing the shopping, dispatching & responding to emails & Whatsapp messages, we ended up not keeping up & our response rate wasn’t pleasing at all, we should have handled things better.
Also trading during those challenging times were we would get paid in local currency then change it to forex didn’t make things any better. It was that same period when things got off hand on the forex side & we suffered major losses when the rates drastically tumbled.
After suspending our services for two years we have decided to resume after working on the challenges & we believe that this time we our wiser, bigger & better.
🔘All orders are to be paid on delivery
ONLY to cushion our customers from any losses that might happen along the way.
🔘We have improved our communication as there is someone dedicated to the social media & admin side.
🔘We have created online accounts with major online shops that belongs to you the customer. We give you the credentials so that you add what you need in the bag then we do the payments.
🔘We are now sending goods to Harare twice a week. Cases were the customer wants an order dispatched early cause of emergencies are accepted & communication must be done via email or WhatsApp.
We are pleased to announce that now we are able to take big orders for companies as well.
Looking forward to a better working experience going forward.
