Keep your pickled onions fresh with our Plastilon jar, the perfect airtight seal to keep that crunch for weeks! ๐คฉ
Here is the Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 small red onions
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 cups water

cup sugar
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- Optional: 2 garlic cloves & 1 tsp mixed peppercorns
Instructions:
1. Thinly slice your onions and divide them into your Plastilon jars. Drop in the garlic and peppercorns if you're using them.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt over medium heat. Stir for about 1 minute until dissolved.
3. Let the liquid cool slightly, then pour it over the onions in your jars.
4. Let it sit until it reaches room temperature, seal with your Plastilon lid, and pop them in the fridge!
Your onions will be bright pink, tender, and ready to eat in about 1 hour (if sliced super thin) or overnight. Theyโll stay fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! ๐
