Why you MUST eat honey?
I am a huge fan of healthy living...the organic fruit and veggies, hmmm😋, and being as close to nature as I can! I mean, with what I eat. 😅
Thousands of studies have proofed that eating whole foods, actually, organic whole foods, can literally save your life! I mean saving your life as in, getting healthier and avoiding terminal illnesses that comes so invasively with all the processed, genetically modified and chemical manipulated foods of today.

Well, I am babbling on about health, but what I really want to talk about is honey. Honey is THE most delicious, healthy, pure, and as close to nature treat you can get your hands on. That is IF you can get your hands on SPECIFICALLY raw, pure and organic honey. Why is raw, pure and organic important? Let's just say, any other honey is just real bad sugar because it lost all its nutrients.
RAW:
Raw honey means that the honey isn't heated. Some labels say irradiated or pasteurized honey, that means your honey has been heated to the point where it lost most or all of it's healthy nutrients and has no more benefit to the human body.

PURE:
What does pure honey mean? Unfortunately, so many honeys out there are fraudsters. What do I mean? Since the world realised the amazing health benefits of honey, the consumer need rose, but there is unfortunately a shortage on honey every year, especially in South Africa. So the new tendancy is for many honey suppliers to add syrup or something else to extend the honey. Thus, many honeys you buy at your local retail shop are manipulated and not pure any more.

ORGANIC:
Organic is important, it's beneficial, and gives you ease of mind. What's the difference between honey that is organic and honey that is not? Well, non-organic honey comes from bees that are situated within close range of chemical farmers, thus when pollination takes place the bees are exposed to whatever chemicals the farmers use on their crop. Organic honey is where the bees are situated far away from any chemical farmer, so far that it is impossible for the bees to reach any type of chemical farming and pesticides.

Our honey at Promised Land Goods are all three mentioned above. Our honey is RAW, ORGANIC and PURE. Our honey is in fact sought after in many European countries due to its magnificent quality. Our bee farmers are situated within a large reserved forest, most of the forest are still in pristine untouched condition and there are no farming done near any of the beehives.

This honey is mostly from the Brachystegia group of forest trees. The honey is usually dark, especially in specific seasons. The dark honey is a wonderful indication that it is rich in antioxidants, more than the usual lighter honey.

Raw, pure and organic honey has so many health benefits that you simply cannot live without it. It is so deliciously sweet, that you will want to feel guilty for eating it, but this is the wonder and beauty of honey, it's full of goodness. Honey is filled with natural nutrients and these nutrients within honey makes it a super food. It has many healthy minerals and vitamins and many health benefits like mental benefits, heart benefits, immune benefits, mood benefits, blood sugar benefits, digestive benefits, respiratory benefits, skin benefits, it fights infection, it fights cancers and so much more, in fact most of these facts have been proven medically already.

Fellow citizens more then EVER before we must all find ourselves before the living God. We must PRAY on behalf of ourselves and every citizen of this country. We must humble ourselves and seek God. Face our sins, reject our pride and humbly repent. We as a country will not find unity unless we find humbleness. Humbleness makes us recognise our mistakes and not justify our wrongs. Humbleness let's us look first, at ourselves, before we look at the mistakes of other's. In humbleness we can repent truly. True repentance brings back healing and restoration. We must ALL pray, every race, colour, language in RSA. Each of us should humble ourselves, repent, ALL of us! So that God can restore and heal this country. This is what we desperately need.

Please send this message to everyone you think is willing, willing to repent on behalf of themselves and others. Let's pray, this can start a wave of new hope and life into our country. If just one is willing, we have achieved much, it can start a flame that can kindle the fire of God's Spirit in our country.
