Something that has helped me with my skin for many years is Aloe Vera. Aloe vera contains antioxidants (Vitamins C, E) and compounds like Aloin and Aloesin that fight free radicals and may reduce hyperpigmentation and dark circles.

Aloe vera also moisturizes and soothes inflammation to reduce redness.
