Newcastle Corner http://newcastlecornermall.co.za/ 30 November 2017 saw the opening of the second phase of Newcastle Corner. Dis-Chem opened a 1,200m² store.

This KwaZulu-Natal centre has already been open for just over a year. Situated at the junction of the R43 and Allen St, Newcastle Corner is excellently located at the entrance to KZN’s third largest city. The first phase proved very successful and the centre has now further expanded. In a first for the region, Super Spar opened in Phase One of the centre with a 2,500m² store. It has now scored yet

another first for the region with Dis-Chem, a national leader in retail healthcare, joining the centre as an anchor tenant. These stores have seen successful turnover growth over the past few months. Planet Fitness JustGym also forms part of this healthy lifestyle area to meet the huge demand for a top-class fitness facility. JustGym Newcastle Corner opened on 30th November 2017 and is growing from strength to strength,

bustling with gym goers of all fitness levels. From the group exercise classes which are filling the studios to X Training, cardio, and weights. The membership intake has been exceptional, possibly even record-breaking for the group.
