Vacancy: Signage Production Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Signage Production Manager based in Midrand. The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements are met. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring systems are followed, and leading a team of print operators, designers, and finishing production staff. This also involves maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, this role involves quality assurance, supplier coordination, and promoting a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

Qualifications
Experience in production management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervisory roles.
Proficiency in large-format printing, signage production techniques, and materials.
Skills in quality control, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and processes.
Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and compliance standards.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for delivering high-quality results.
A background in the large-format printing or design industry is highly advantageous.
Formal training or a relevant qualification in production or operations management is preferred.
