We often get asked why there is a setup fee on certain services — and we’d love to explain.

Before your order is even produced, a lot of work happens behind the scenes:

✔️ Designing and preparing artwork
✔️ Converting files into print/cut-ready formats
✔️ Machine setup and testing
✔️ Adjusting sizing, spacing, and layouts
✔️ Ensuring the final product looks professional and high quality

The setup fee helps cover the time, skill, and preparation needed to make sure your order is done correctly the first time. It’s not “just a quick click” — it’s careful work that ensures you receive the best possible result.

We would like to reassure everyone that Datastoor is NOT closing its doors.

The rumours currently going around are not true. We are open, fully operational, and continuing to serve our community as always.

We are aware that there has been some confusion regarding the front shop being advertised for rent. To clarify:
It is one building with four separate retail shops, and one of the shops is currently available to rent. This does not affect Datastoor’s operations in any way.
