Its that time of year again, where we all start thinking of our Word of the Year for 2025.

I've battled with finding a word for 2025, my 2024 word was Kaizen, I honestly believed I was making continuous small improvements, so now I need a strong meaningful word for 2025 to continue my progress.....

I woke up this morning and saw this post by .durban (oldie but goldie) and I could not have felt more heard or seen!

Thank you to the few that have stuck around, those that feel how I am feeling, those that don't judge me for choosing a life of less.....less stress, less jealousy, less competition, less "stuff".

I mourn the loss of the MANY that have fallen out of my circle, I respect that my time in your life has come to an end, I cherish the season we had, I wish you nothing but happiness.

To a weekend of less....enjoy.....
