To the individual who assaulted a female member of our staff because you found a sign outside our store “offensive”:

What we find offensive is violence.

We find it offensive that you believed your disagreement with a sign gave you the right to swear at, threaten, intimidate and physically assault a woman in her workplace — a place where she had every right to feel safe.

You then demanded that the sign “better be removed” before you return.

IT WILL NOT BE!!.

And shouting “Go back to your country” while threatening our staff? Perhaps you would care to explain exactly what you meant by that.

A case has been formally lodged with the police. We intend to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal channels and hold those responsible accountable.

You are entitled to disagree with our views.
You are entitled to be offended by our signs.
You are NOT entitled to assault, threaten or intimidate our staff.

And intimidation will not determine what we stand for.

The sign stays.

Our staff will be protected.
Our voices will not be bullied into silence.

They reminded me of a journey that began back in 2012.

From day one, Ahsan Apparel was never about making just another thobe. It was about creating something that stood apart—through cotton-rich fabrics, thoughtful design, expert tailoring, and the kind of comfort that lets you forget you’re even wearing it.
